We have been sharing together in ministry with the Lord for 27 years encouraging people in God's wonderful message of love and grace. Our shared ministry has taken us throughout the greater northwest and Alaska.
IN 2010, during a season of continuing education we moved to Colorado to attend Charis Bible College. While there we were asked to start an on-line gathering with friends in Oregon. That seed became what God has used to start His Gathering Ministries.
In the Spring of 2011 we graduated and returned to Oregon.
Upon our return to Oregon we established two new Gatherings in northwest Oregon; one of which is successfully going forward with a new leadership team in the greater Portland area. Currently we have a Gathering in Garibaldi Oregon in Tillamook County and a Gathering on-line via a Zoom Webinar. How to connect online can be found under the GATHER WITH US tab.
Going again for further education, we both became licensed Life Coaches in 2019. We use these skills primarily in service to our current gathering of people.
His Gathering Ministries shares the timeless Gospel (good news) of God's abundant love and amazing grace. We emphasize relationship rather than religious traditions of men. We focus on our liberties of new life found in friendship with Jesus and His eternal Word. We encourage and believe in the leading of the Holy Spirit through all areas of our life. We're enthusiastic about the Lord and His heart for ALL people. While we believe that faith is a necessity for establishing a relationship with God and growing in it; we fundamentally believe that it is His grace that we put our faith into... not anything else. Said another way, "We can only have faith for what God has already provided by His grace."
